Week 2 of my workout resolution is complete! It was a rough week with a sore ankle and foot (cue tiny violin) but we still made it happen!
Sunday – I spent Sunday walking around Seattle and taking in the fabulous art Seattle Art Museum had to offer.
Monday – We ran 1.75 miles on the track in West Seattle
Tuesday – We did Yoga in the morning! Yay AM yoga. In the PM I went to the YMCA with a friend from work – 1 mile walk on the treadmill, 4 miles on the bike. I was definitely sweaty from the bike!
Wednesday – We did Yoga in the evening before bed! Very relaxing.
Thursday – Hubbs ran 1.5 miles, I ran a mile and walked another quarter. With my foot/ankle hurting I decided to take my new insoles out of my shoes and see how that went.
I will be venturing to Portland, OR for the weekend and taking some time to relax and heal before beginning to work out again next week. (I think I deserve it after the booger incident) For the record, I still met my quota of exercising 3 times a week.
