First of all, I know that I’m a slacker. Second, I’m a slacker twice. Saturday’s weekly update… Fail. Exercising 6 days a week…. Fail. I could rattle off excuses about being busy and letting my foot heal but that wouldn’t be fair to you. Regardless, here is the update and a promise that this week will be better.
Monday – Fail.
Tuesday – Yoga!
Wednesday – 1.25 mile run.
Thursday – Fail
Friday – Run 1.5 miles. I actually ran the entire thing this time without resting! I am very proud of myself 🙂 .
Saturday – Fail
